Later I found out that person departed. The new Service Manager, Ryan Jewel, quickly stepped in, assessed the situation and to make a long story short, two days later my Suzuki Burgman's fender was fixed and I've been happily riding everyday. "During a group ride from the San Francisco Bay area, with 31 other sport bikes, I needed a new tire after 750 miles of the trip, I stopped at Powerhouse to pick up a new Pirelli Diablo and we were off. After about 60 miles the new tire was punctured by a nail and I wanted give particular attention and a special thanks to Joe at Powerhouse motorcycle dealership in Paso Robles for helping me get the Mille the 60+ miles from Highway 58 to their shop after the flat on the brand new Pirelli Diablo.
As they were short handed and had technical difficulties with the shop air compressor that morning, just as a large group of sport bikes rolled in from So Cal looking for tires and service, Powerhouse sent one of their sponsored dirt racers, Steven, out to pick me up. For the second go around at mounting rubber on the rear of the Mille, Joe pushed me up in line and gave me a Pilot Powers tire for cost, as there were no more Diablo tires in stock! I was on the road again, although solo, in less than a half an hour. Again, Powerhouse, thanks for the special attention, Nor Cal motorcycle shops should take notice at their example of Customer Service!
